Job Duties:

• Perform both logistics and operations role for electronic health products.
• Work with French head office on Asian customers’ order for SAP order process.
• Co-ordinate with warehouse for shipment & packaging rework arrangements.
• Contact Asian clients for shipment logistics & forwarder selections.
• Arrange shipment with forwarders, including RFQ & shipment logistic arrangements.
• Handle logistics documents and Tradelink declarations.
• Handle sample shipments to French head office & Asian customers.
• Generate and analyse logistics reports.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in BBA or Major in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• 1 to 2 years logistics / operations / order processing in trading/manufacturing/distributors on electronic products, knowledge in cargo shipment with lithium battery is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
