Job Description
The job:
- Oversees day-to-day operations including order management, shipment management and inventory management
- Assists manager to liaise with business partners and the team for process improvement and better service level
- Analyze business performance
The person:
- Degree holder in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management or other related discipline
- 8 years solid experience in supervisory or managerial role in supply chain industry
- Insight in end-to-end process including order handling, shipment arrangement, inventory management
- Basic understanding on business intelligence tools or data table design for data analysis
- Strong in task management involving stakeholders
- Customer-centric, build trusting relationship with customers and foster customer satisfaction
- Build collaboration, respect all stakeholders and co-create values
- Commit to act with integrity and honestly
- Strive for continuous improvement by embracing challenges with courage and agility
- Detail-minded, attentive to details, able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
