Job Description
Responsibilities
- Holder of a Diploma or Higher Certificate of a polytechnic or equivalent technical institute in Hong Kong in building studies or equivalent;
- At least three (3) years’ post-qualification experience in building maintenance; and
Requirements
- Carry out building safety inspection & prepare report;
- Supervise tradesmen, skilled labourers & sub-contractors for in-house maintenance & contracted –out works;
- Execute tasks assigned by Building Maintenance Officer and / or Building Manager from time to time
