Job Duties:

• Provide general administration and clerical supports to the team
• support document filing process
• Update and maintain record and systems to the team
• Handle other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Diploma students or above
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS applications, Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese
• Positive, passionate, self-motivated and patient
• Immediately available is highly preferred
