Established in 2003, Art Map Ltd is the well established arts and cultural media in Hong Kong publishing various printed and digital magazines covering art, design, culture and lifestyle, etc. We are URGENTLY looking for creative, passionate and outstanding team players to explore our viusal art magazine, am post, on its maketing events and advertising sales.

Job Description

This candidate will have various exposure and connection to different brands connection, especially Media & Gallery industry. The candidate will support many meaningful projects. 

Job duty:

• Own media platform & online advertising selling, and provide media solution to potential customers
• Assist Social Media platforms, including but not limit to Facebook, Instagram content creation
• Assist online video production and related online marketing campaigny
• Develop new business opportunities to then manage and maintain to achieve monthly target
• Prepare proposals, sales materials and presentation to clients with high ability of understanding clients' marketing needs
• Follow up the after sales services and keep good relationship with clients
• Drive sales to achieve company's assigned sales target;
• Account servicing - communication between clients & vendors
• Generating reports on campaign effectiveness in social media sites and collect marketing intelligence
• Provide daily support to the gallery operation and administration works
• Asist with exhibition openings and different art events (e.g., Art fair)
• Manage social media platform and event promotion
• Provide technical support and coordinate with the preparation of exhibition, e.g. artworks display, installation, storage, and dismantlement
• Manage and organize the inventory
• Assist in any ad hoc duties as requested

Requirements:

• Degree holder of a recognized qualification in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing digital, Fine Art, Cultural Studies and/or a related discipline
• Passionate in marketing &/ digital, publishing and art/cultural industry
• at least 1-2 year of digital marketing and practical experience in social media platforms/ online marketing
• Understanding in digital marketing - search engine marketing, social media marketing, influence marketing ,mobile marketing and web publishing markets
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe, Excel, and Google documents strongly preferred
• Good at both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is a must);
• Ability of problem solving and multi-tasking is requested
• Strong administration ability, well-organized and able to work independently
• Familiar with website development and maintenance as well as online platform           
• Strong interest in Contemporary Art 
• Experience in serving at any Event Platform or E-ticketing

Preference will be given to a team player with passion for arts and the ability to work effectively and individually. The appointee will report to the Business Development Executive.
