• Perform Registered Safety Officer duties to ensure full legal compliance over health, and safety issues.
• Prepare project safety plan and monthly report to meet client’s requirements.
• Monitor the implementation, effectiveness and efficiency of the established site safety management system.
• Handle incident / accident investigation with feasible recommendation and trend statistic for continual improvement.
• Conduct periodical safety training and tools box talks for staff and workers.
• Participate project safety meetings.
• Monitor the site operations are in compliance of local health & safety regulations.
• Support internal and external system audits and ISO45001 certification.
• Facilitate a healthy and safe work environment for all staff and workers.

Requirements:

• Degree in Safety/ Health/ Environmental/ Engineering/ Construction/ Science related subjects.
• University graduates studying other disciplines are also welcome.
• Registered Safety Officer under F&IU (S.O./S.S.) Regulation Cap 59.
• 2 years post-RSO experience in building construction industry.
• Mature and possess good communication skills. Familiar with PC usage, such as Microsoft Office.
• Good Chinese and English correspondence writing.
