Job Description

• Manage the on-site team and develop protocol, practice align with policies to perform the security & service
• Partner with business units to identify security deficiencies, and develop customized policies and procedures to gain compliance with regulations
• Provide advice and counsel on complex physical security, internal fraud investigations, prevention, life safety risk, fire safety, crisis management, and emergency response issues
• Handle and manage securing classified and sensitive information from the work environment and assigned task
• Prepare and present collected data, information, report and documentation for the scope related, including invoice and accruals
• To conduct threat assessment to the business, event activity and site
• Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures; ensures that security force understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedure

Requirement

• Degree holder in any discipline
• A minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory position in the corporate security industry
• Strong sense of security awareness, tough and with good communication and
• interpersonal skill
• Good knowledge in health, safety and environment;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong prioritizing abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Must be competent and literate with computers
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
