  Our client is Global Leading Consumer Electronic Brand and Currently looking for two head count in their Field Service team for TV and Air-condition who can support their field service activities.
  
  Your new role
  
  Job Requirements:

• Monitor the performance of 3rd party, external maintenance service provider, and provide training to the 3rd party staffs with the product knowledge
• Cooperate with System A/C contractors to follow up pre and after sales services
• Assist in preparing and review of the technical materials, with analyse and evaluate product quality and field performance
• Communicate and coordinate the field testing with EMSD with quality reports, product enhancement requests to HQ
• Participate in new product demonstration, technical support and deliver reviews

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred
• 5 years of experience in product supporting, solid experience in TV or Air-condition product
• Proficient in PC Skills (MS Excel and PowerPoint)
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
