• Provide administrative support for safety training programs
• Participate in safety management meeting
• Monitor safety plan to ensure environmental health & safety operation
• Perform safety training, conduct site visit and prepare inspection report
• Prepare necessary safety documents, reports & statistics
• Conduct and support regular safety audits and safety reviews respectively
• Attend site meeting upon the safety of the project works issues if required
• Provide safety and quality services to management, employees and contractors

• Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate or Diploma holder in occupational, Safety & health is preferred
• First Aid Certificate holders is preferred
• Working experience in site safety especially government project is preferred
• Knowledge in safety/environmental related ordinances/regulations
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good knowledge of MS Office including Chinese Word Processing
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and tight time frame
• Initiative, well-organized, communicative and hardworking
