Data Entry Clerk:

Job Requirements:

• Form 5/ DSE or above or any related disciplines;
• 0-2 years solid working experience;
• Good Command of English and Chinese;
• Basic PC skills;
• Able to work in team and independent;
• Experience in handling data entry;
• Hand-on experience in SAP is an advantage;
• Attentive to details, hard-working, willing to learn, detail-oriented and good sense of responsibility;
• Pro-active, reliability, work independently, self-motivated, and good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure;
• Immediate availability is highly PREFERRED.

Job Description:

• Assist to handle documentary work;
• Provide clerical and administrative support;
• Perform data entry, data checking in the system with high level of accuracy and efficiency;

Accounting Assistant:

• Diploma holder, preferably in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience;
• ACCA Level 1 or above is preferable;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel;
• Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, able to work independently, able to meet tight deadlines and with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of both spoken and written in English and Chinese;
• Candidates with ability to start immediately or within shorter notice periods are highly PREFERRED.

 
Job Description:

• Acquire accounting skills through daily operations;
• Handle intercompany and bank reconciliation;
• Assist in month-end closing of financial statement preparation;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments and projects

Candidate will be considered as Data Entry Clerk or Accounting Coordinator or Accounting Assistant or Assistant Accounting Officer according to their education and experience.
