Job Responsibilities:-

Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director (Management), you will be responsible for the overall management of four functional divisions including Commercial, Administration, Procurement and Standards which include:

(a) Strategic development of commercial business and client relationship management;

(b) Effective and efficient management of quality administration and procurement services to support and optimize the Company’s operation;

(c) On-going development of systems, policies and procedures to ensure the Company’s overall compliances with relevant aviation security regulations and requirements as well as other quality assurance programmes; and

(d) Implementation and monitoring of OSH policies and procedures covering workers compensation, safety inspections, job safety of employees and investigations and reporting of work place incidents, etc.

Job Requirements:-

You must possess the business and strategic acumen to be a valuable member of the senior executive team in making critical business decisions and providing advice and support to the senior management.  Other pre-requisites include:

(a) Degree holder or above;

(b) 15 years solid experience in management and administration with 8 years in a senior managerial position;

(Candidates not meeting the above criteria but with a proven background which highlight outstanding achievements in other fields may also be considered);

(c) Preferably with aviation security knowledge and experience;

(d) Good experience in compliance;

(e) Strong problem solving skills, proactive, innovative and able to drive changes; and

(f) Good team player with excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
