Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operation of Security Department
• Monitor the procedures and disciplinary matters
• Closely monitor movements in the premises and on field
• Involve in case investigation, prepare investigation report and propose verdict to senior management
• Make recommendations on all security related equipment and hardware
• Review and provide decent and adequate security guidelines
• Responsible for renewal of all regulatory licenses
• Perform ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with minimum 6 years of relevant working experience of which 2 years' at supervisory level
• Good knowledge of Security and Guarding Services Ordinance (Cap. 460)
• Possess valid Security Personnel Permit, QAS certificate and driving license class 1,2
• Strong sense of security awareness, tough and with good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Manager, Security
