Job duties: 

• Issue invoice, billing and debt collection to customers.
• Perform settlement received from customers and follow up on outstanding balances on a timely manner.
• Prepare management reports relating to accounts receivable.
• Prepare balance sheet and monthly schedules relating to accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding items.
• Support ad-hoc assignments.

Requirement: 

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above with LCC intermediated level
• 1-2 years accounting experience
• Good computer skill in MS office (Word, Excel) and Chinese Typing
• Accurate, Independent, self-motivated and hard-working
• Can work under pressure, overtime and able to meet tight deadlines
• Stable and reliable required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
