• To deliver professional training to the whole of the Physical Security and Reception Team, including all levels of seniority
• Conduct training programmes by classroom, on-site, systems-related or e-learning operational training
• Ensure trainees obtain adequate skills and knowledge to provide quality services with no training lapse
• Ensure that appropriate coaching is provided to all new hires to complete all the mandatory trainings
• To train the trainers appointed by operations parties
• To evaluate and review the training programmes to ensure training requirements and effectiveness are met
• Pro-actively work with the Management and the Operational Excellence Group (OEG) to design and develop training programme according to compliance with the enterprise policies, processes and procedure
• Build highly trusted relationships with staff ensuring that the company is proactively engaging, listening and acting on their feedback
• To complete special projects and other requirements assigned by supervisor

Job Requirement

• Bachelor of human resources, Security Management, Training and Development or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in staff training
• Proven ability to influence key business partners
• Knowledge in the security operations would be an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency
• Good presentation& communication skills
• Strong planning, organizing and analytical skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Occasional travel is required after COVID-19 issues
