The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the largest deluxe museum standard clubhouse facilities in Hong Kong.  S/he will review and enhance rules and policies for the club, recommend and implement actions for the improvement of clubhouse management, provide training and supervision to staff, handle tendering with contractors and other club related administrative duties, handle enquiries & complaints, interface with residents in the provision of excellent clubhouse services and building good communication with our prestigious residents and guests.  S/he will also organize activities & promotions for the enjoyment of residents and their families, arrange joint event with Food & Beverage and Community Relations sections in order to create joyfulness to our members, prepare and present meeting materials with Owners’ Committee in regard of clubhouse related matters.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Hospitality Management
• Minimum 5 years' working experience with clubhouse facilities of first-class residential estates, of which 2 years in managerial role
• Strong background knowledge on facility booking system
• Professional manner in handling confidential information
• Shift work in Saturdays, Sundays and public holiday is required
• Strong leadership and communication skills, presentable, friendly, cheerful and outgoing
• Proactive, customer-oriented and be a good team player
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is an asset)
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Club Manager
