Responsibilities:

• Provide service of food and beverages to our guests and ensure quality of food and beverage presentation per established standards
• Assist in daily operations and ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant
• Provide recommendations to guests & upsell promotion items / menus
• Other adhoc assistance as per requests

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, graduate from hotel school or hospitality training institution preferred
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant experience in restaurant operation, French Restaurant experience is a plus
• Self-motivated, responsible and have real passion in food and beverage service
• Customer-oriented with strong leadership, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
• Flexibility in dealing with onsite or guest’s last minute demands and when instilling a “Can-do" attitude
• Good initiative, teamwork and interpersonal skill; Ability to work in a team environment, create courteous, friendly and professional work environment
• Good time management skill and willingness to work flexible shifts and hours
• Good knowledge of F&B POS system
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
