Job Description
Job Scope:
- Responsible for ERP system administration and technical support for HK and PRC users
- Provide day-to-day support on related operation systems / applications
- Investigate and resolve with vendors the issues reported by users
- Develop analysis reports based on user requirements
- Review and update IT policies, operation procedures and guidelines
- Assist in ad-hoc project as assigned by supervisor
- 3 years or above work experience in IT
- Experience in ERP systems (Kingdee cloud) and MS SQL is an advantage
- Experience in Cyber Security is an advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft O365 administration, Azure AD, Sharepoint, Power automate, Power Apps, Power BI, MS Exchange, Active Directory, VMware, SAN is an advantage
- Knowledge in Firewall, VLAN, TCP/IPI, SSLVPN, DNS, DHCP, VPN Tunnelling
- Relevant professional qualifications are advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- More experienced candidate will be considered as IT System Analyst
