Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients and their technical teams to identify their needs and goals for the Call Center
• Research, evaluate and recommend new IT solutions and enhancements
• Provide oversight, governance, and direct leadership to ensure project work meets defined scope, cost, and schedule commitments
• Stay relevant with technology changes and innovation in the area of Call Center 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• 6+ years of IT experience with service support management background 
• Extensive knowledge of Call Center technologies and related telephony systems
• Customer service-focused with excellent account management skills
• Good communication in English and Cantonese
