Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Network / Hardware / Software installation & configuration
- Network infrastructure setup and installation
- Computer and Servers troubleshooting
- Software / Hardware updates and upgrades
- Technical support and maintenance services to users
Requirements:
Junior Technical Support :
- F.5 / DSE or above
- Familiar with Windows Installation, network setup
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Immediate available is preferred
- Salary : HK$19,000 or above
Senior Technical Support :
- Experience in Microsoft products & VM Ware is advantage
- Familiar with VM, Networking, Windows Server, Domain, Active directory, Router setting
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
- Immediate available is preferred
- Salary : HK$25,000 or above
