Job Description

About the GIG
We are looking for a savvy and "switched on" Innovation & Technology Officer for Ovolo Hotels in Hong Kong. In this business support role, you will work closely with IT Manager and Hotel operation teams to maintain an excellent service experience for our external and internal customer by providing efficient and effective technical support and solution


What you will do:

  • Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance and operation support of Network, WiFi, Server, Workstation, Backup, CCTV and AV systems.
  • Assist in tracking record for management of mobile application platforms such as Android, Apple iOS
  • To manage the daily IT system and implement IT solutions for business and service process, for example O365, POS, PMS, Sun System, CRM, HR system, etc. 
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining accurate inventory of all computing equipment 
  • Resolve daily IT technical issues and ad-hoc reports or assignments as required
  • Coordinate with vendors to setup and maintain IT infrastructure for company's hotels and properties
  • Work closely with IT Manager and System Engineer to assist in daily operations and hardware maintenance 
  • Provide help desk services and coordinate the support service procedures to ensure smooth running, effective logging systems, efficient response times and helpful delivery to end users
  • Interact with guests, clients and internal customers in a friendly, respectful and positive manner
  • Liaise with operational teams to ensure the ongoing smooth running and maintenance of IT components
  • Work outside normal office hours will be occasionally required 

Who are we looking for? 


1-2 years' experience in same capacity is a must and big plus with experiences in hotel industry; we need you to be a passionate individual and stay resilience dealing with high demand operation needs, able to work in dynamic environment with excellent communication skills.
