Job Description
The Group Information Services Department, located in Hunghom, strives to serve the IT needs of Head Office and is responsible for co-ordinating IT related services within the CK Hutchison Group.
Responsibilities:
- Perform database installation and patching
- Support, monitor and maintain Oracle databases and applications
- Perform application configuration, system administration related tasks
- Participate in projects with related duties
- Handle service requests raised from users
- Bachelor degree, diploma or equivalent in Computing related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year's solid database administration experience
- Experience in Oracle products (e.g. E-Business Suite, Hyperion, etc.) administration
- Good knowledge in shell scripting (Linux / Windows), Oracle SQL & PL/SQL will be an advantage
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
