Job Description
In this position, you will:
- Perform project implementation on different networking and security solutions;
- Perform network & security devices installation, configuration and troubleshooting;
- Network administrations of routers, switches, firewalls and other appliances;
- Participate in troubleshooting and support of network infrastructure and various client services;
- Provide professional technical analysis of network related issues;
- Provide 1st tier post-sales support for network projects/ issues;
- Liaise with vendors for problem resolution and network project implementation;
- Interface with customers for solving network problems and response to customer’s enquires;
- Perform ad-hoc task assigned by the Team Leader;
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ related discipline;
- 2 years of solid hands-on experience in system administration and networking/ Network infrastructure support/ administration and configuration in the WAN/LAN environment;
- Knowledge and experience in Routing and Switching, Security platform, Wi-Fi, AP controllers and firewalls;
- Self-motivated, result oriented, good interpersonal skills; good customer services skills and able to work under pressure and independently;
- Self-initiative with good sense of responsibility and can-do attitude;
- Holder of professional certifications would be an advantage (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP);
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin;
- Candidate with less experience will also considered as Assistant Network Engineer
