Responsibilities:

• Responsible for application support and deployment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including configuration, networking, database, etc.
• Systematic and skillful issue and symptoms collection from users, customers
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues
• Liaise with software developers and/or external solution partners for the resolution and perform the verification of the resolution
• Track the outstanding issues
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate party
• Onsite works is required occasionally
• Documentation on the user guideline & training materials, etc.
• Perform user training and support

 Requirements:

• Degree holder who major in computer science or related discipline is preferable
• 7 years working experience, with 3+ years experience in Linux platform
• Experience in cloud administration, e.g. Azure, Tencent Cloud is preferable
• Experience in application servers, e.g. Apache, Tomcat, NGINX, Nodejs
• Experience in monitoring tools, e.g. Zabbix
• Good in problem solving and communication skills
• Self-initiative, teamwork and passionate working attitude
