Responsibilities
- Responsible for taking lead of IT Contact Center Team
- Discuss with Business users to collect and understand business requirements
- Perform system design and lead team to develop IT applications using Java, JavaScript and Oracle SQL
- Manage vendor and project schedule
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years' of relevant working experience in system development
- Knowledge and development experience on the Java/J2EE, React.js, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Servlet, SQL, Web Service API, Oracle RDBMS, Oracle PL/SQL, UNIX shell script is desirable
- Good interpersonal communication skills and able to work independently
