Business Analyst & Project Manager - Fintech- Digital Transformation

We are currently hiring Business analysts for one of the highest profiles Digital Transformation projects in Virtual Banking Industry. This individual will be working for a large-scale, user-centered and market leading digital transformation project in an international and Agile environment. This project provides great exposure for individuals to work in end - to end omnichannel in digital banking. If you are an energetic individual who loves a challenge in the finance industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities: (BA)

  • Perform business analysis and requirement gathering to support business initiatives and project or related issues
  • Collect, analyze and document business needs and requirements in Business Requirement Specifications
  • Review IT documents to ensure alignment of understanding of requirements between business end users and IT
  • Execute UAT to support project roll-out
  • Assist in project coordination and administrative tasks on needed basis
  • Communicate with different stakeholders, BUs, vendors, developer 

Requirements:

  • (Business Analyst) 
  • 1+ years Experience in Business Analyst/IT BA
  • Independent requirement gathering 
  • Good documentation skills in English
  • Agile 
  • Experience in stakeholder/vendor management 
  • Financial Experience 
  • Good communication skills and good team player
