Responsibilities:

• Person-in-charge for leads generation & management
• Oversee channel strategy, business planning, performance monitoring and sales operation efficiency 
• Driving channel growth & boost overall sales results
• Explore new business partnership in lead & business generation 
• Develop sales & marketing campaigns & activities

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in lead generation/ management in insurance industry or banking industry 
• Frontline sales facing experience or digital marketing experience would be an advantage 
• Visionary, entrepreneurial, dynamic  
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Excellent verbal and written English and Cantonese, with Mandarin a plus
