What you’ll do:

• Manage day-to-day operations of all assigned restaurants
• Responsible for whole operational workflow, cost control and manage P/L
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver smooth operational flow & service quality
• Ensure the quality of service and production by kitchen are in compliance with company’s standard
• Liaise and collaborate with internal departments to evaluate business performance and ensure action plans roll-out effectively
• Assist in any ad hoc projects or assignments

We will be a good match if you:

• Diploma holder or equivalent
• Minimum 5 year of relevant work experience, with exposure in restaurant chain will be an advantage
• Detail minded, strong sense of responsibilities, self-motivated, willing to take up challenges and enjoy working as a team
• Effective communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese / Mandarin
