Job Description
The Job
- Work closely with sales team as a technical consultant to identify business opportunities on IT solutions, mainly focusing on server and network infrastructure
- Participate in the client meeting to understand both business and technical requirements to recommend complete IT resolutions
- Present solutions, conduct demonstration and technical documents to the clients alongside the sales team
- Manage joint activities with hardware and software vendors
- Monitor the delivery of solutions to clients and act as a subject matter expert throughout the project implementation phases
- Manage ongoing customer technical support service and provide recommendation on system enhancement
The Person:
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline
- At least 3 years solid experience in pre-sales consultancy and solution design in IT / SI / Telcom industry
- Knowledge and experience of various vendor’s technologies including Server, Storage, HCI, Microsoft OS, Active Directory, Exchange Server, O365, Hyper-V, VMware, Backup and Networking
- Knowledge and experience on Azure and Cyber Security solutions will be a definite advantage
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese with Mandarin
