Responsibilities
- Apply business knowledge and systems knowledge to translate users requirement into technical requirements, system and data specifications, QA standards and training manual
- Work independently and in a team covering full project cycle, from discovery to specification, database design, systems integration and coding, perform testing, user training and documentation
- Consistently support timely delivery of high quality work
- Highly disciplined and self-motivating performer
- Familiar with project management tools and concepts
- Direct liaise with clients to resolve issues, deliver work and obtain trusts and acceptance
- Support business development, proposal and costing, project planning and project management

Requirement
- Good communication skill, high standard of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related disciplines
- Experience in business applications development and coding is absolutely an advantage
- Previous working experience in DigiTech Agency is an advantage
- Ability to translate client's requirements into feasible solutions and propose operation procedures
- Strong in problem solving, design, analytical skills, able to work independently and under pressure
- Responsible, independent, enthusiastic and able to communicate with all levels of users
- Strong sense of responsibility and action-oriented. Willing to take lead to solve problems and meet deadlines
