Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for formulating company’s global IP network principles and norms, optimizing and enhancing global IP network capabilities;
• Implement the overall strategic development planning of CT global IP network system, organize and manage IP network projects, and coordinate with all concerned entities to ensure project completed on time;
• Establish and manage optimal interconnectivity relationship with international carrier business partners;
• Conduct economic efficiency analysis of global IP network node and responsible for global node development;
• Responsible for IP network optimization and network quality improvement;
• Support global IP product development and product sales;
• Perform other related function as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in communication, computer, electronics or related disciplines;
• At least 10 years IP network planning and product operation experience in telecom industry, with international exposure is highly preferred;
• Sound knowledge of IP network infrastructure and business rules;
• Hands on experience in Cisco, Huawei & Juniper equipment;
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP/JNCIS/JNCIP is preferred;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
