• Work closely with project team in system configurations, integration and troubleshooting for Virtualization, Switch, Backup software and SAN storage,
• Provide onsite support on Virtualization, Switch, Backup software and SAN storage,
• Prepare Technical Documentation and Reports,
• With technical skill and product knowledge to deliver technical tasks to the customer.

• Degree holder of information technology, computer science or related discipline,
• Minimum 2 years working experience in IT systems development, testing or maintenance,
• vSphere and Linux experience will be an advantage,
• Knowledge of Basic Networking,
• Backup software/KMIP server experience, preferably in CommVault/Keysecure,
• Willing to work outside office hours for urgent supports,
• On-the-job training will be provided,
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin),
• Willing to learn and able to work independently with minimum supervision,  
• A team player with a strong sense of integrity,
• Good working attitude with strong problem solving, communication & inter-personal skills.
