Main duty:
- Provide onsite customer services to end users
- Provide PC & software installation & configuration
- Provide full spectrum of hardware / software support and troubleshooting on computer devices and handheld devices
- Manage in-house data centre
- Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 years experience in helpdesk support
- Hands-on experience in supporting MS Windows, Office and handheld devices
- Holders of MCP, MCSA or MCSE would be an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Passionate about technology
- Programming experience is preferred but not a must
* Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience & qualification are welcome and will be considered as Technical Support Trainee.
