Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily IT support for office;
• Perform user support including PC hardware & software installation, configuration, and technical support;
• Oversee and manage all internal/external IT infrastructures of the Company and resolve any problems;
• Monitor Company’s network equipment (e.g. firewall, switch, VPN, internet connectivity, NAS);
• Provide all necessary domain, IP management, Network, Internet Connection, LAN, Router setup and technical support;
• Provide IT professional recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience;
• Familiar with the following technologies and platforms highly desired (MS Windows XP/7/8/8.1, MacBook, iMac);
• Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal;
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Immediately available is an advantage
