Our client is a well known financial company. They are looking for a high caliber for the position of Technical Analyst/Call Center Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Performs operational support on PABX, IVRS, voice & video recording system, kiosks, RightFax and other Call Centre applications
• Provides support on system installation, administration and configuration to ensure meeting user requirements 
• Provides support on Call Centre campaigns and new projects
• Verifies and rectifies system security configuration based on security reports for meeting compliance requirements
• Supports and administrates the mobile devices to facilitate users access to email
• Supports on data backup including schedule setup, tape administration, offsite storage and log review to ensure achieving the backup requirement
• Works as 1st tier support and coordinates with vendors on system maintenance.

• 2-5 years’ experience in support call center / IVRS  preferably in financial industry
• Acquire widely recognized certification in Voice/ Call Center/ Telephony
• Experience in one or more of the followings: Avaya CM, CMS, AES, Audix, UC Messaging, NICE Perform, NICE Engage, Genesys CTI, Rightfax Enterprise, Edify 15
• Experience in Call center preferred 
• Immediate Available is highly preferred
