Job Description
Background: My client is a well-established and reputable conglomerate who is now looking to hire an experienced senior system analyst to join and lead the application team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach local/off-shore development team members
- Be responsible for SDLC related tasks including system design, prepare program specifications, code review, system and user testing, implementation and deployment of applications and software products
Requirements:
- Degree holder in IT or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, less experience will also be considered as System Analyst
- Proficiency in Java software development is essential at an enterprise/large scale project
- Experience in Springboot, Microservices, ReactJS and Oracle are also desirable
- System analysis or development experience in financial systems and/or working experience in financial institutions will be an added advantage, but not mandatory
- Effective verbal and written communication in English and Chinese
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment
