Job Description
- Assist the Project Manager to coordinate & manage the transformation project, operation guidelines write-ups and updates
- Support the transformation project on company-wide process review and reengineering
- Coordinate with different business functions on identifying control points throughout the process
- Work closely with senior management level, stakeholders & vendors on monitoring project timeline and milestones
- Support UAT and troubleshoot software development problems
- Prepare documentations, reports, meeting materials, etc.
- Degree holder in Business management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years' working experience, preferably with minimum 2 years experience in business analysis
- Experience assisting on project management, making sure timeline and milestones are met
- Experience working with senior management, stakeholders, and vendors
- Strong project cycle understanding and time management
- Experience in process review project is an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details, mature, good problem-solving skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
