Role and responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with customers.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.
• Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
• Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
• Identify new business opportunities, cover existing accounts and penetrate new accounts in FSI or Government or Commercial Sector
• Develop and deliver compelling customer presentations to articulate business and technical value of our solutions 
• Work with pre-sales team to scope projects and formulate solutions

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in any disciplines
• Minimum 2 years solid sales experiences  in FSI or Government or Commercial Sector (Candidate with the  Customer Service  experience e.g. Airline Customer Service will be considered)
• IT Service Management / Security / Open Source selling experience is preferred
• Track record of over-achieving quota in past direct sales positions (IT solution Selling)
• Candidate with IT Solution Selling Experience will be considered
• Complete comfort in working at all levels of the organization
• Self-motivated, aggressive, independent and dependable team player
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
