Job Description
You will be joining an award-winning and fast-growing Cyber Security & Networking solution provider that has received many recognitions for our contributions to delivering quality Cyber Security solutions and services.
Being a Solution Professional in Expert Systems' Cyber Security & Networking unit, you will act as our customers' trusted advisor and accelerate their success. By leveraging our partnership network with leading global technology manufacturers, you will bring our customers the right services, products, and innovations. You will be a crucial team player among our Cyber Security and Networking technical experts in delivering quality services and solutions while developing your career and competence in this area. You will have the opportunity to participate in a broad portfolio of technologies involving opportunities from various industries and business sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Presales and Postsales, including implementation & maintenance of Cyber Security and Networking solutions;
- Work closely with Sales team to identify, address and develop sales leads and opportunities;
- Design the best valued Cyber Security and Networking solutions, work out the solution proposals and conduct solution presentations for customers;
- Conduct Proof-of-Value (PoV) to fulfill different customer perspectives;
- Provide project solution design, deployment plan, project documentation, training, and incident support report throughout the project implementation cycle;
- Liaise with the marketing team in delivery technology demonstrations, workshops, and seminars at all stages.
- High Diploma or Degree holder in IT-related disciplines;
- At least 7 years of technical experience in the design and/or implementation of Cyber Security and Networking solutions;
- Cyber Security and Networking solutions integration experience is preferred;
- Hands-on experience in any Firewall, ATP, Web & Email Security Gateway, WAF, Endpoint Protection, EDR, DLP, Data Encryption;
- Cyber Security certification in any of Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Symantec, Juniper, Pulse Secure, F5, Radware is preferred;
- Good knowledge of IoT Security, Data Security, and Cloud Security is highly preferred;
- Willing to learn, self-motivated, and can work independently;
- Good communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
