Your new role

• Provide daily operational support in data centers
• Perform 1st level of trouble shooting and reliable and quality tape management
• Monitor all network, system and application closely
• perform security monitoring and apply security vulnerabilities

What you'll need to succeed

• 1+ years of experience of relevant experience in IT Support, Server Technical Support
• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred
• Able to work 7 x 24 (3 shifts with 8 hours)
