The client is a global prestigious MNC Insurance Group, is now seeking a new headcount for Strategic Planning Analyst – Insurance (Distribution Operations & Sales Support) (30k – 45k) to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Assist to formulate marketing & distribution growth strategy of retail general insurance including broker, bancassurance, digital and partnership channels, develop tactical plans and monitor the progress and results.
• Oversee sales performance of General insurance, analyze customer and sales data to drive marketing projects and initiatives.
• Support Distribution & Channel team from development to implementation of the sales incentive / promotions as well as marketing campaign that boost sales performance.
• Manage projects and coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to ensure the project completed on schedule.
• Prepare strategy paper, regular performance update and report for senior management.
• Perform rolling forecast, annual budget, financial reports and analysis
• Keeps abreast of market statistic and assist manager in preparing product compassion, quarterly customer promotions and broker campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, Strategic Planning, Distribution Management within Insurance sector
• Experience in being a strategic assistant or management consultant
• Strong Presentation skills
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, vlookup) and PowerPoint
