Job Descriptions:

Accountable for the short-term, mid-term and long-term strategies for the Group, roadmap/plans on innovation
Lead in business strategies, market research, partnership and alliance
Coach and develop the teams upon supporting the new strategy or innovative initiatives of organization
Collaborate with departments to define the processes and goals
Work with business users and technology teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the business applications, business growth or operation
Leading efforts in analysis
Key Role to bring in new cutting-edge technologies to the organization
Develop and manage effective working relationships with departments and vendors
Perform vendor and contract management
Perform evaluation for solution selection and vendor's proposal
Identify the opportunities on market/business/innovation/digital trends and provide relevant suggestions to drive the business values

Requirements:

10+ years relevant experience in developing, managing and delivering critical digital and innovative projects and strategies, preferably in large corporation
5+ years experience in team management
Degree holder or above in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related area
Strong analytical skill with strong business acumen
Board understanding of the Digital industry, e-commerce and technologies (including SEO, SEM, Social Network such as WeChat)
Business champion, with passion and can-do attitude to drive the greatest business value or growth for the organization
Strong leadership, self-motivated, strategic planning with sound analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to interact with all level of stakeholders
Preferably board knowledge in project management, change management, CRM, etc
Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin; written and spoken
