KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Work closely with Zhuhai headquarters to organize, direct, coordinate and control the business activities so as to ensure the realization of the business plan and guard against all kinds of risks;

2. Assist the senior Management to develop business strategies, business plans, organizational structure, risk management policies etc. for the company;

3. Coordinate with all departments to streamline and strengthen existing business operations and controlling procedures;

4. Generate regular reports/statistics to monitor the business operations performance, propose corrective & improvement actions, and develop the performance evaluation for internal departments;

5. Keep abreast of market information, government policies and business trends, give advices to the senior Management for the new business opportunities;

6. Preform any ad hoc duties assigned by the Company

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration related disciplines;

2. Experienced in state-owned enterprise of China/ Chinese enterprise is a plus;

3. 3-5 years solid experiences in business management;

4. Be self-motivated and a good team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills;

5. Mature, detailed-oriented, meticulous with strong time management and organizing skills;

6. Proficient in Cantonese, Putonghua and English, good Chinese writing skill;

7. Immediately available is highly preferred.
