MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

▪          Identify and evaluate suitable business partners and investment opportunities

▪          Lead market research and perform stress tests and other scenario analyses

▪          Design methodology and monitor risks relating to current and potential investments

▪          Lead in conducting due diligence and provide strategy analysis and execution

▪          Design risk limits and workflow suitable for various investment strategies

▪          Lead the negotiation and planning process for strategic investment

▪          Establish and maintain good relationship with potential business partners and bankers

▪          Design and manage systematic trading strategy investments

REQUIREMENTS

▪          Over 20 years’ management experience, including at least 10 years in business development and operations in investment related field

▪          Good experience in private equities, bonds and public traded products

▪          Well experienced in business evaluation, negotiation, risk assessment and risk control

▪          Extensive experience in leading market research in different sectors, risk management and investment management

▪          Well familiar with the global investment environment, especially both Taiwan and PRC’s investment environment and opportunities

▪          Possess a good network and excellent business relationships with the industry counterparts including the potential business partners and bankers, especially in Taiwan and the PRC
