Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced, motivated business development professional to develop and maintain key relationships, implement sales and marketing strategies and increase our sales performance. You will excel at building relationships, establishing rapport and have outstanding skills in finding and identifying new opportunities.

-  Support the company activities in providing quality counselling service to students and quality service to overseas institutions

-  Ensure that an excellent standard of customer service is provided to client institutions, prospective students and their families

-  Contribute to company planning and strategic marketing development

-  Foster cooperation and strong team spirit within company and different stakeholders

-  Be responsible for the training and development

Requirements

-  Relevant professional qualifications in a discipline such as sales, marketing or international studies or equivalent experience

-  A minimum of five years experience working in a service or education related industry. Less experience will be considered for the Assistant position.

-  Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese

-  Strong team player and contribute positively towards achieving the team’s objectives.

-  Demonstrated management of a sales territory, with proven skills in achieving sales targets, developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans, and in sourcing new opportunities

-  Demonstrated ability to build effective networks and relationships with clients

-  Exceptional communication and presentation skills
