Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify customers’ needs and formulate appropriate strategies i.e. pricing, placing, promoting, merchandising etc to drive sales
- Work closely with store managers to ensure the execution of each strategy
- Generate actionable quality and quantitative insights with data and analysis for strategic decision making
- Continuous report and review on retail priorities and strategic action plans with Management in driving sales performance
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 3 years experiences retail operation/ retail management (Experiences in convenience store's management is a plus)
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- A Good team player, energetic and self-motivated
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is an advantage
