品质总监
岗位职责
1、本科或以上学历；
2、8年及以上品质管理类工作，车载屏幕相关行业5年及以上品质管理经验；
3、精通品质管理工具，善于制定品质体系和流程，熟悉盖板行业和制造工艺 ；
4、英语可作为工作语言。
任职资格
1、制定本事业群品质改进的战略计划，建立事业群与各工厂的品质目标和指标，确保与公司战略、利益相符，确保客户品质、测试、测量要求在公司内部得到宣贯执行；
2、统筹管理客户品质标准的制定与生产过程的品质管控，提高产品品质稳定性并争取降低生产成本；
3、就重大品质事务或投诉进行决策，并确保跟进举措得到落实；
4、跟进重大品质客诉，并确保得到使客户满意的解决方案；
5、负责重要客户来访、审核的协调安排并配合审核工作
6、定期拜访重要客户，与客户保持十分融洽的合作关系，并就合作运作方式做深入探讨，以期最终与客户达成长期双赢的局面
