Responsibilities:

• To plan, monitor and supervise daily brewing operations to ensure good product quality and reasonable material consumption;
• To develop and improve brewing quality control and production efficiency;
• To manage trials on processes and materials.

Requirements:

• University graduates in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Food Science or related discipline;
• About 5 years’ working experience in manufacturing, production processes or food and beverage industry.
• Experience in leading and managing people is preferred;
• Candidates with less experience and fresh graduates will also be considered;
• Matured, independent and responsible;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Night shift duties are required.
