The Job  

• Participate in laboratory scale production for pre-clinical purpose
• Provide technical support in manufacturing operations
• Optimize current manufacturing procedures
• Support scale-up and technology transfer activities from laboratory to manufacturing facilities

The Person  

• Degree or above in Biotechnology/ Biochemical Engineering/ Bioprocess Engineering or equivalent
• Solid working experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnological firm is preferable
• Practical knowledge in the operation of pharmaceutical and bioprocessing machinery
• Practical experience in engineering drawing will be preferable
• Strong planning and organizing ability with good problem solving skill
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and strong sense of team spirit
• Good command of English and Chinese, both verbal and written
• Travelling to PRC and overseas as well as stationing for a short period may be required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Process Technician/ Process Technician
