Job Description

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the team and assisting Quality Supervisor;
• Perform daily duties such as document-filling, data-entry and scheduling;
• Prepare work reports, summary, PowerPoint and other relevant documents; and
• Perform any assigned ad-hoc task as required.

Job Requirement

• Pleasant, proactive and mature character with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize and commit to deadlines;
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Diploma or above in any disciplines;
• Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience; and
• Fresh graduates will also be considered.
