• Develop the assessment, preparation and presentation of financial analysis in relation to investment and other strategic decisions
• Work closely with each local and regional team to manage budgets, identify cost savings opportunities and support/monitor procurement activities
• Actively involved in building and strengthening a strong controls and compliance culture that will help sustain growth
• Perform balance sheet & cash-flow analysis
• Support annual budget and regular forecasts
• Support monthly closing process
• Work closely and provide support with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Prepare sales, costing and margin analysis
• Involve in system implementation and enhancement
• Assess financial impact due to the business operational changes
• Assist in developing internal control system to improve operation efficiency and effectiveness
• Perform ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance and CPA qualified or equivalent.
• 5 - 8 years of solid financing experience in sizable companies and experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Must have excellent knowledge of excel functionalities.  Knowledge of the SAP is preferable
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and strong problem-solving skills with can-do attitude.
• Proactive, able to meet tight timelines, work independently and under pressure.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Occasionally travel to Southern China.
